Can’t Lose Weight? You Aren’t On Your Own Here!

Think you can’t lose weight? Any reason you believe you can’t drop a few pounds? The fact is most people who are looking to lose a few pounds get set in the mind that they can’t lose weight. Some secret force is stopping them from reaching their weight loss target.

Realty is that deep down they don’t really wanna shift any weight. They are happy living the lifestyle they are living. Yet they still tell themselves they would love to drop a couple pounds but they can’t, or don’t know how.

Losing weight is no big deal. It’s a mathematical equation, pure & simple. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If you don’t use as many calories as you eat you will put on weight. End of story really.

The other take on things is that you will lose weight if you burn off more than you eat. There you have the big problem, today’s food is so stuffed full of calories it’s almost immoral. If you compared what you should be eating against what you do eat you would give yourself a funny turn. I’m not kidding!.

Like in a bar when there’s peanuts or pretzels on the bar to nibble on. We eat the salt and get thirsty so we buy more beer.

To wrap things up you should drop weight if you eat less than you burn off. But will you do this on your own? Very doubtful as the willpower level in our culture is rock bottom.

Why You Should Make Your Own Ice Cream – 8 Simple Reasons

People are always asking me why I make my own ice cream (I have done so for years and have a neighbourhood reputation for it lol). So in short and very simply, this is why I never buy ice cream any more and why I am always telling people to stop buying and start making.

1. My family and I love ice cream. We eat a lot of it all year round not just in summer. On a regular basis I found buying ice cream adds up, and on a monthly grocery bill, well lets just say I got a real shock. When I make my own, I make it a lot cheaper (but just as tasty, even tastier) than store bought. So I save on my food bill.

2. It was when I had my family that I first started to think about the planet and being green, for them and their kids. So whilst I am no paragon of virtue on that front, I try little things. With my home made ice cream, I am not paying for ice cream to have needlessly travelled around the country to my table, and I am not paying for those fancy useless packaging tubs and cartons. So I guess it does help me feel a little better.

3. I get total control over what goes in. So I don’t have to spend time reading the very small print on the back of the carton, to see what they have managed to sneak in there. Only good wholesome naturalness goes into mine.

4. Allergies are not a problem. More and more friends and family these days seem to suffer from some sort of allergy or another. Well I can usually just leave out what they are allergic to, and replace it with something else.

5. I bring my ice cream over to friends, or families houses for dinner. It beats spending a fortune on flowers. I bring along the dessert which we can all enjoy together.

6. Getting the kids involved is a great way of involving them in what they eat. It sparks an interest in how things are made, not to mention it can keep them and their pals quite on a wet afternoon.

7. I can get the kids to eat more fruit too, by serving it on top or beside the ice cream. Add some good nuts, and maybe some oats sometimes and they don’t even know they are eating something really good for them. Result!

8. I try most of the time to make it lower fat than you buy. I use half and half or light cream instead. Great for the kids, but helps me and my diet out too.

So there you have it in a nutshell. It tastes great and you get to experiment with all kinds of flavors. So I say to all my friends, stop paying for all that artificial rubbish in fancy cartons, and have a go at your own.

I don’t know the how’s and why’s of it all but I do know it prompted me to do something with my weight.

I love systems. Systems make things easier by breaking them down into manageable tasks. I thought weight loss shouldn’t be any different.

A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you’ve craved for a long while now.

Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it’s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?

I tried all manner of useless diet products, some of them painfully expensive. They got me nowhere fast. Hopefully by getting yourself a system like mine you won’t have to waste a boat load of cash.

I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I’m on the right track.

My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can’t eat. I have portions that don’t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!

I used to get really stressed out planning a daily diet. Working out what was good or bad was becoming a nightmare. A couple of mouse clicks now and I’m good to go.

Exercise For Love Handles – Is Sex Any Good To Get Rid Of Them?

Love handles, spare tyre, middle aged spread, call them what you will they aren’t attractive. Is sex a good exercise for love handles? The short answer is no!

Having said that, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try, and try and try some more to get rid of them with sex. In fact in the name of science you should try as much as possible.

I’m sure with enough good quality sex you could burn enough calories to get the job done.

We fall down on the amount of garbage food we eat between sex sessions. I’m ready to go again pretty quick, usually about three weeks. How ’bout you?

On a more serious note, sex can be a great workout if you can work up a sweat and get your heart pumping.

Love handles and other fatty deposits are rather more difficult to get rid of. It can be done but it takes willpower and work.

All manner of exercise for love handles can be found on the net if you do a quick search. Some simple and some so complex I would fear serious injury if tried.

In my eyes an all round fitness system is hard to beat. One that easily helps you keep in trim but also lets you eat well without going hungry.

If you can find a decent all round system that can keep the need for heavy exercise down to a minimum, you’ll find something like this hard to replace.

I use an all round system to plan my meal and any exercise I need to do. My meals are planned (stress free) with an online diet generator.

I also struggled with my weight at one time. Truth is I didn’t struggle; I just didn’t even try as I thought I couldn’t lose weight.

It’s a different story now though. I found a system that works for me. No stingy little meals and no pounding heavy weight down the gym.

I use a simple all round system that works. It works for me and thousands of other people. It will work for you also. That is, if you want it to.

Many people say they look for dieting systems but deep down do they really, really want to find one? Do you?

One of the side effects to using a system like this and losing a few pounds is more sex! Much more sex!

Exercise For Love Handles – Will It Hurt Bad?

Exercise for love handles, will it hurt me? Well that all rests on what & how you do it. But it doesn’t have to be.

Love handles are those horrid looking lumps of fat hanging off most adults sides, at about the waist level. Why they are called ‘love handles’ is beyond me. There’s no love there!

The correct term for them is ‘obliques’, as they are at an angle to our bodies. The term oblique means slanting, or at an angle.

Now, most advice for anything in the fitness or weight loss niche will start with all the same crap of eat healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

We know what we should do but we need to get rid of these love handles the easy way, without the hard work. Is there a way?

Well, let me say this, yes it’s possible to eat like you are now and lose your love handles but it will take an enormous amount of work.

Your biggest problem is that while you exercise your love handles off, with hard time in the gym. Today’s junk food is travelling merrily to your waist.

If, and I say then tentatively, if you were to cut the crap food out you will find you can do far less exercise to maintain a great body.

It’s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?

Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.

Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday just to maintain your love handles as they are. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain no love handles at all.

You can see from the above example how it’s a trade off. Eating junk means more exercise, eating better means less exercise.

I’m inherently lazy, so I tend to go for the healthiest option that I can to minimise any exercise I have to do. I still do exercises for love handles but only to keep them at bay.

In conclusion, you will get pain if you have to do loads of exercise for your love handles. If you can change you eating habits you can manage with far less exercise.
