Turbo Tax offers one of the easiest ways to file your taxes online, and it is free if you have a fairly simple tax situation, and low-cost for other types of more complicated returns.  Even if you have deductions to claim or a business, the interview method takes you through each and every tax deduction and circumstance to make sure that you claim every lawful deduction that you are entitled to.
